We have held the Eye Ski Optometric Conference in Park City, Utah for 25 years, during that time as conference chairman, I have had to deal with a number of food vendors. Working at the Hotel driving ski shuttle and special group events, I have had the experience of dinning there several times. Experienced about half the menu. I found the food and service to be better than any place I have dined at in Park City. Cindy always saves me the end cut of Prime Rib, as she remembers it's my favorite.
